Buddy is UNITY’s Director of Construction and oversees all field construction activities.  He provides master construction knowledge and extensive industry experience to all UNITY projects. In this role, Buddy manages construction operations of multiple projects; including client relations, trade coordination, architecture and engineering interface, and subcontractor oversight, schedule management, and weekly/monthly reporting.

Professional Experience

Buddy has 39 years of construction experience within the Tri-State marketplace. He is extremely diligent and prides himself on being detail-oriented.  Buddy has a mind of building and he maintains a focus on safety, productivity and quality.  He studies construction documents and finds solutions to everyday challenges.  Buddy is a total team player and he successfully collaborated with clients, owner’s representatives, landlords, building management, architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.

Before joining Unity Construction Group, Buddy worked at Taconic Builders., as a Senior Superintendent. Previously, Buddy worked at Plaza Construction as a Senior Superintendent. Prior to that, Buddy worked at Builders Group as a Senior Superintendent.
