Charlie is a Vice President and serves as Director of Project Management. He provides extensive industry experience to UNITY projects. In this role, he overseas operations of multiple projects; including client relations, trade coordination and sub-contractor oversight, schedule management, accounting/financial administration and weekly reporting.
Charlie has 35 years of construction management and 3 years of architectural experience within the New York metro-market. He is very detail-oriented, clearly understands construction documents and works well with the various participants within the construction process. Charlie interfaces well with clients, project managers, owner’s representatives, landlords, building management, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
Before joining Unity Construction Group, Charlie worked at James G. Kennedy & Co., Inc., as a Senior Project Manager. Previously, Charlie worked at Henegan Construction as a Project Manager. Prior to that, Charlie worked at Mancini Duffy in an architectural CADD Operator.
