UNITY was founded in 2007, and obtained a construction license from the New York City Department of Buildings.

UNITY successfully built GFI’s 90,000 SF headquarters at 55 Water Street, on-time, under budget and to total client satisfaction.

UNITY successfully built SplashLight Studios 60,000 SF headquarters at 75 Varick Street, relocating from Midtown West to Hudson Square.

UNITY successfully built CUNY|Hunter College’s 100,000 SF School of Design in Tribeca, at 205 Hudson Street. This consisted of 3 floors of art studios, workshops, production labs, and a ground-level art gallery.

UNITY successfully built David Yurman 60,000 headquarters at 200 Hudson Street, which receive the American Institute of Architects Design Award.

UNITY successfully redeveloped 27 East 62nd Street, converting a 40,000 SF multi-family residential building into a 55,000 SF mixed-use building. The asset modernization and repositioning included 9 floors of MACANDREWS & FORBES headquarters, ground-level Fleming by Le Bilboquet restaurant, and a luxurious duplex residential penthouse.

UNITY successfully built LUXOTTICA’s 65,000 SF NYC Flagship offices and showroom at 1 West 37th Street, which consisted of interior/exterior renovations and system-wide infrastructure upgrades.

UNITY successfully performed a 700,000 SF building-wide infrastructure upgrade to the NYCHA Headquarters building in Long Island City in 2018.

UNITY established its Florida office in 2021, and obtained a construction license from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation.

UNITY successfully built Sanders Capital’s 20,000 SF Florida headquarters in West Palm Beach in 2022. An inspired office space, with magnificent architectural and interior design finishes.

UNITY successfully performed the Palm Beach Country Club’s expansion and modernization of the Main Club House, which consisted of a 60,000 SF interior/exterior renovation and a 20,000 SF new construction enlargement of the building.
